The Junior Handlers

Teddie Wilson

Teddie, my 12-year-old step- daughter started helping me by taking my puppy back in for Winners Bitch. Her first weekend showing, was May 23 & 24, she put both majors on Darla. June 12, 13, 14th were their first times in the Juniors ring. They placed all three days! She places consistently, finishing the requirement to show in Open Junior on November 14th.

Both Teddie and Amber work part time for one of the professional handlers.

Amber and "Pan" winning their 2nd First Place in Novice Junior

Amber Wooldridge

Amber has been my "dog buddy" for some time. She is my niece and foster daughter. Amber loves all dogs and has been the "fill in" handler for numerous breeds. She started showing in Juniors the same weekend as Teddie. She co-owns my Whippet with me, but will show whoever I have entered that weekend. Amber enjoys the helping with all the prep work, from cleaning the kennel to loading the van. She won her third first place on Nov. 22.
